"Oisii Bread" Watercolor Handkerchief That Can Also Be a Scarf
"Oisii Bread" Watercolor Handkerchief That Can Also Be a Scarf
I intently stared at my favorite breads
and painted them with watercolors
to make them look as delicious as possible.
The finished handkerchief is perfect
for bread lovers!
<About the handkerchief that can also be a scarf>
This is a watercolor handkerchief drawn by Miyako Nishio.
Its large size makes it suitable not only as a handkerchief,
but also as a scarf.
Each piece is carefully sewn with a "Chidori roll hem,"
a technique mainly used for scarves in Ishinomaki City, Miyagi Prefecture.
Wear it around your neck. Tuck it into your pocket.
Like a real flower,
it's a piece that will add a little joy to an ordinary day.
<About the fabric>
The fabric is 100% cotton lawn.
It has a smooth feel and is slightly transparent.
It is full-color printed, and there is almost no color fading after washing,
so you can use it with confidence.
<How to use>
Its large size of 53cm means
it can be used not only as a handkerchief but also as a scarf.
It is also recommended for protection against air conditioning in summer or as sunshade.
It can also be used as a basket cover, a bento box wrapper, or a bandana.
Having one allows you to enjoy various uses.
When combined with a separately sold scarf ring, the knot will be neatly tied.
