Scooping up the energy of life
breathing on Earth,
I freely express what I feel
through watercolor paintings.
Graduated from Hiroshima City University's Graduate School of Arts. During her university years, she was actively involved in creative work, with animations she produced being screened worldwide. After graduation, she joined Nintendo Co., Ltd. and gained experience as a UI designer. She left the company after marriage and moved to Sendai. From a pure desire to "put a picture on a piece of fabric," she started making handkerchiefs, which led to her current activities with miyaco nishio.
Living amidst nature, I capture the essence of living beings such as flowers, plants, birds, and butterflies—their contours tangible.
The cells forming them, the intangible light and particles eluding recognition as a shape.
Gathering the energy of life pulsating through the Earth, I freely express my emotions through watercolor, painting what I feel in the moment.
