This handkerchief features watercolors painted by Miyako Nishio. Its large size means it can be used not only as a handkerchief, but also as a scarf.
Each one is carefully sewn with a "Chidori-maki stitch," primarily used for scarves, in Ishinomaki City, Miyagi Prefecture.
Wear it around your neck. Tuck it in your pocket. Like a real flower, it's a piece that will make an ordinary day a little bit happier.
＜About the Fabric＞
The fabric is 100% cotton lawn. It has a smooth texture and is slightly sheer.
It features full-color printing, with almost no color fading after washing, so you can use it with peace of mind.
＜How to Use＞
At a generous 53cm, it can be used as a handkerchief or a scarf. It's also recommended for protection against air conditioning in summer or as sun protection.
It can also be used to cover baskets, wrap lunch boxes, or as a bandana. Having one allows for a variety of uses.
When combined with a separately sold scarf ring, the knot will also stay neatly in place.
